This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with your use of the PARKPRO™ digital parking reservation platform (the “Platform” or “Digital Parking Reservation Platform”), your use of our website: https://park.pro (“Website”) or any of our related websites, services or mobile applications (all collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. “You” or “your” means and refers to you as a user of any of our Services. “We,” “our,” “us,” or “ParkPro” refers to ParkPro USA, LLC and our Services.

OVERVIEW AND ADDITIONAL TERMS:
The Services and Platform assist trucking companies (individually and collectively, “Driver Entity,” “Driver Entities,” “Carrier,” or “Carriers”) and individual adult commercial truck drivers who possess valid commercial drivers’ licenses and insurance (individually and collectively, “Driver,” “Drivers,” “Carrier,” or “Carriers”) to identify, locate, and reserve parking spaces for temporary use by Drivers during the regular course of Carrier driving operations. Property owners or other entities or individuals who own or control the use of parking spaces suitable for commercial vehicles (individually and collectively, “Owner,” “Owners,” or “Hosts”) may publish and offer their parking spaces and associated services to Drivers on the Platform (each publication and offering a “Listing” and collectively “Listings”). Carriers may then book reservations for guests (individually and collectively, “Guest” or “Guests”) to access and utilize parking spaces and services on any terms and conditions required by Hosts (each, a “Reservation”). ParkPro does not own, control, offer, or manage any Listings or services offered by Hosts. ParkPro is not and will not be a party to any agreements between Hosts and Carriers, whether with respect to Reservations or otherwise. ParkPro is not a real estate broker, travel agency, or insurer, nor does ParkPro act as an agent in any capacity for Hosts or Carriers.
If you are a Carrier, Driver, Host or Guest accessing the Services (collectively, “Users”) your use of the Services, is at all times subject to your agreement and acceptance of our Terms of Service, which are available for review at https://park.pro/terms-of-service (“Terms of Service”) and for Users accessing our mobile application, our End User License Agreement (“EULA”) that you can review and access when you use the mobile application. This Privacy Policy applies to Information we collect through the Website, Platform and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Services. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy section below). Your continued use of the Services after we revise our Privacy Policy means you accept and consent to those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
When you use the Services, certain types of data may be collected from you, including: (1) Personal Information; and (2) Non-Personal Information (collectively referred to as “Information”). For more detailed information on the collection of Personal Information from children, please refer to the How We Protect the Privacy of Children Online section below.
You may be able to view, access or use certain portions of the Services, or content displayed thereon, without disclosing any information that, either alone or in combination with other information, can be used to uniquely identify, contact or locate you (collectively, “Personal Information”). However, certain portions of the Services may only be accessible by disclosing certain Personal Information. We may collect or receive the categories of Personal Information listed below, which may depend on the Services you access or use, and your device and account settings. Not all categories of Personal Information will be collected or received from every User.
- Personal identifiers such as first and last name, address, email address, and phone number;
- Commercial information such as records of transaction histories, company name, insurance information;
- Sensitive information such as driver license numbers and truck numbers;
- Payment information, however please note that we use third party payment processors to facilitate your payments and do not have access to or store your payment information;
- Device and Online Identifiers, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and identifiers associated with cookies;
- Internet or other electronic network activity and web analytics, such as information about how you use, access, or interact with the Services, pages visited, features used and time spent using the Services;
- Geolocation information, including precise geolocation data, but only where the User has provided affirmative express consent to enable the location services to show available parking spots and enhance navigation;
- Supplemental information provided by Users related to parking spots available;
- Records of communications with our customer support team.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION (SOURCES OF INFORMATION):
Information Provided Directly by Users.
Users actively provide information to ParkPro in various ways while using our online Services. For example, Users share information when Users:
- Create an account to use our Services;
- Access our Website, Platform, mobile application or other Services;
- Request information about our Services where we collect information;
- Create Listings and upload content related to such Listings;
- Make a Reservation;
- Request customer service; or
- Send us a message or contact us.
Information Collected From Our Service Providers, Vendors and Third-Parties.
ParkPro may use contractors, vendors and other third-parties to assist in the provision of our Services and to improve the quality of our Services. If you access the Services through a Carrier or other User, ParkPro may receive Information about you, from such Carrier or other Users. ParkPro may also collect data from other third-parties engaged by ParkPro to improve our Services, such as analytics providers and marketing partners.
Automatically Gathered Information.
ParkPro automatically tracks certain information about Users based upon Users behavior while using the Services. This information is used to better understand and serve Users by responding to Users particular interests and needs.
Usage Details.
When you access and use the Services, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Services, including traffic data, date and time you access the Services, the pages you visits, the number of links you click within the Services, features used, time spent on the Services and any third-party website and sections within the Services that you access.
Device Information.
When you access the Services, we may collect information about your device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, type of mobile device you use, browser type and network information.
Geolocation Information.
Geolocation information, including precise geolocation data is collected, but only where the User has provided affirmative express consent to enable the location services to show available parking spots and enhance navigation.
Use of Cookies (or mobile cookies).
Our Services may use cookies to enhance the user experience while using our Services. Cookies are pieces of information that some apps and websites transfer to the computer or mobile device that is browsing that app or website and are used for record-keeping purposes by many apps and websites. Use of cookies makes web browsing easier by performing certain functions such as saving your passwords, saving personal preferences regarding your use of the particular app or website, and ensuring that you don't see the same advertisement repeatedly. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services.
By continuing to use our Services, you are agreeing to our use of cookies. We may choose to use any or all of the following cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of our Services. They may include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our Services.
- Analytical/performance cookies. They allow us to recognize and count the number of users and to see how users move around our Services when they are using them. This helps us to improve the way our system works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.
- Functionality cookies. These are used to recognize Users when they return to our Services. This enables us to personalize our content for you and remember your preferences.
- Targeting cookies. These cookies record your visit to our Services, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We may use this information to make our Services and the advertising displayed more relevant to your interests.
Please note that third parties (including, for example, providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) may also use cookies, over which we have no control.
Use of Web Beacons.
A “web beacon,” “clear GIF,” “web bug,” or “pixel tag” is a tiny graphic file with a unique identifier that is similar in function to a cookie, but allows us to count the number of users that have visited certain pages or screens of our Services, and for other related app statistics.
Analytics/Performance Cookies.
ParkPro may use analytic tools to analyze the performance of our Website and Services as well as how Users use our Website and Services.
Google Maps.
ParkPro uses Google Maps/Earth, including the Google Maps API(s) with certain Services, in order to provide location services, such as assisting Guests find nearby parking locations and navigating to such locations. Use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to Google Maps/Earth Additional Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy, both of which can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/en-US_US/help/terms_maps.html and https://policies.google.com/privacy, respectively.
HOW WE PROCESS AND USE YOUR INFORMATION AND OUR BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE FOR DOING SO:
Generally.
We use your Personal Information for our business purposes including:
Providing and Supporting our Services:
- Creating and maintaining User accounts;
- Providing the functionality and Services requested, purchased or subscribed to;
- Processing payments and transactions (through our third-party payment processor);
- Facilitating Listings and Reservations and connecting Users; and
- other specific purposes for which you have given consent to the processing of your Personal Information.
Communicating with you about our Services:
- Providing Users with customer service and technical support;
- Providing marketing and other commercial offers as further disclosed herein;
- Sending notifications pertaining to Reservations and Listings;
- Responding to correspondence we receive from you directly, through our contact page or otherwise.
Improve, monitor, personalize and protect our Services including:
- Providing Users with a tailored experience when using our Services;
- Enhancing functionality of our Services;
- Protecting the security and integrity of our Services and help prevent fraud;
- Conducting analytics;
- Understanding your needs and interests, and personalizing your experience with the Services and our communications;
- Troubleshooting, testing, and research, and keeping the Services secure;
- Investigating and protecting against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
Research and Development including:
- Debugging;
- Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration;
- Verifying or maintaining quality or safety or improving or upgrading our Services.
Compliance and Protection.
We may use Personal Information to enforce and comply with our terms and policies, and to defend us against legal claims or disputes including:
- Protecting our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety, or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
- Auditing our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies;
- Compliance with a legal obligation;
- Enforcing the terms and conditions that govern the Services; and
- Preventing, identifying, investigating, and deterring fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.
Some processing may also be necessary to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities, and other legal obligations such as to keep records of transactions.
Payment Information.
We use third-party payment processors to process your payments. We currently use Stripe to process payments securely, however we reserve the right to change payment processors, at our sole discretion, at any time. When you make a payment through ParkPro, your payment details (such as credit card number, billing address, and transaction details) are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment information. Stripe’s processing and storage of your data are governed by their own Privacy Policy, which you can review here: https://stripe.com/privacy.
Providing and Promoting our Website and Services and its Security.
We process your Personal Information by tracking your use of our Services, creating aggregated non-personal data, verifying accounts and activity, investigating suspicious activity, and enforcing our terms and policies to the extent it is necessary for our legitimate interest in promoting the safety and security of the Services, and in protecting our rights and the rights of others.
Geo-location Information.
When you use certain of our Services, we may collect information about approximate location as determined through your IP address, GPS, or nearby devices (Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, etc.) to provide the Services. Where precise geo-location information is collected, it is only collected where an individual has provided affirmative express consent. This information is retained by ParkPro in the Platform, for as long as necessary to provide the Services requested.
Non-Personal Information.
We collect and create de-identified, anonymized and aggregated information and other non-personal information, which is not related to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Non-Personal Information”). You agree that ParkPro owns, without restriction, all Non-Personal Information and that you have no rights in or to any Non-Personal Information. Because Non-Personal Information cannot be used to personally identify you, you agree we may use such information for any lawful purpose.
HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION:
Generally.
Except for disclosing your personal information to our third-party service providers and contractors in furtherance of ParkPro’ Business and/or Commercial Purposes as described below, we do not sell, share, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may disclose Personal Information that we collect, or you provide for the following purposes:
- To service providers, contractors and other vendors we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, such as payment processors, analytic providers and cloud storage providers.
- To business partners and other third-parties that work with to provide the Services requested by Users, such as Carriers and property members involved in your transactions.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of ParkPro’ assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by ParkPro is among the assets transferred.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- With your consent.
We may also disclose your Personal Information:
- To enforce or apply our Terms of Service, or any other additional terms and conditions agreed to in the Additional Terms.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of ParkPro or others.
As a general rule, beyond the uses set forth above that assist us in carrying out ParkPro’s business and/or commercial purposes, providing the Services requested by you, and as may be agreed to in the Terms of Service, we will not sell or share your personal information to third parties without your permission.
Legal Requirements.
As we may determine in our sole discretion, we may disclose personal information if required to do so by applicable law, including, without limitation, responding to a subpoena or request from law enforcement, court, or government agency, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with a legal obligation; (ii) protect or defend our rights, interests or property or that of third parties; (iii) prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services; (iv) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of customers, guests, or the public; or (v) protect against legal liability.
HOW WE PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF CHILDREN ONLINE:
Our Services are not intended for minors or children under 18 years of age and no part of our Services are designed or intended to attract anyone under the age of 18. We will never ask for or knowingly collect information from children, if you are a child under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use the Services. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 18. If you think that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18 through our Services please contact us and we will dispose of the information.
SENSITIVE DATA:
ParkPro collects precise geolocation data in order to provide the Services (as described above) in order to facilitate Drivers and Guests using the Services to locate parking facilities. ParkPro also collects driver’s license and related truck information for identity verification and security purposes in the provision of the Services. Beyond geolocation data, driver’s license and truck information as described herein, ParkPro does not collect any other sensitive data. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, or information about health and genetic and biometric data. In addition, ParkPro does not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
INFORMATION RETENTION:
We retain Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was collected. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
- The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide Services to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using our Services) and the length of time thereafter during which we may have a legitimate need to reference your Personal Information to address issues that may arise;
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or
- Whether retention is allowed by applicable law (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
When we no longer need to process your Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will delete your Personal Information from our systems.
SECURITY:
ParkPro uses technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your Personal Information against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access and against other unlawful forms of collecting and processing. ParkPro follows industry standards and practices to help protect the confidentiality and integrity of your Personal Information that is collected and processed.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:
In general, the third-party service providers and contractors used by us, will only collect, use and disclose your Personal Information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your Information will be handled by these providers.
Our Services may contain links to other websites, applications, and services maintained by third parties in which case the privacy policy of such third party applies and this Privacy Policy does not apply. The information practices of such other services are governed by the third-party privacy policies, which we encourage you to review to better understand those third parties’ privacy practices.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Therefore, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS:
From time to time your Personal Information, such as your name, phone number, email address or mailing address, may be used to contact you with ParkPro promotional materials, newsletters, marketing or other information that may be of interest to you based on your preferences. You may be contacted by the e-mail address you provide to us. We may contact you in this way based on our legitimate interest in undertaking marketing activities to provide you with the most up-to-date information on our Services and other products and services you may be interested in based on your preferences. By providing your contact information you have opted-in to receive direct marketing and commercial information by means of electronic email communication. You can withdraw your consent to receive any direct marketing communication from us by contacting admin@park.pro or following the opt-out instructions in our email communications.
CAN-SPAM ACT:
We are committed to being compliant with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”). All emails you receive from ParkPro are intended to fully comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can withdraw your consent to receive any direct marketing communication from us by contacting admin@park.pro or following the opt-out instructions in our email communications.
YOUR ACCESS TO AND CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION:
You have options about the various ways we collect, use and store your Personal Information.
Log-in/Contact Us.
If you have created an account through the use of our Services, you may log in to your account to enter and update your own contact information. You can also contact us through one of the options provided in the Contact Us section at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
Consent:
When you provide us with Personal Information through our Services, through the mail, over the phone, or by using our mobile application we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it to carry out ParkPro’s legitimate business purposes.
Opt-out:
Users have the ability to grant consent to allow ParkPro to access their precise geo-location data. This data is used to help Drivers and Guests navigate to parking locations. ParkPro does not independently track or retain user location data. Users can turn off permissions related to tracking through their device at any time.
ADDITIONAL JURISDICTION SPECIFIC RIGHTS – SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR CERTAIN STATE RESIDENTS
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information.
You may be able to exercise certain privacy rights depending on the state in which you reside. The rights available to you depend on our reason for processing your Personal Information and the requirements of applicable law. Your rights will vary depending on what state you are located in, and whether or not the applicable state laws apply to us. Specifically, you may have the following rights:
Right to Access and Right to Know.
You can request access to a copy of the Personal Information that we have about you, including a list of categories of your Personal Information that we have collected and used over the past 12 months. We will provide to you the following information (to the extent required by law):
- The categories of Personal Information we have collected about you.
- The categories of sources from which we collect your Personal Information.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your Personal Information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share your Personal Information.
- The specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
- The categories of Personal Information that we have disclosed for a business purpose, along with the category of any other company we shared it with.
- The categories of Personal Information that we have sold, along with the category of any company we sold it to. If we have not sold your Personal Information, we will say so.
Right to Correct Incomplete, Inaccurate, or Out-of-date Personal Information.
You may have the right to request that we correct any Personal Information about you that is inaccurate, by submitting a verifiable consumer request. Depending on the purpose of the processing, you also have the right to request that we complete the Personal Information we hold about you where you believe it is incomplete, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to Personal Information Portability.
Consistent with applicable law and subject to certain exceptions, you may have the right to request that we transfer the Personal Information we have collected about you to another organization, or directly to you, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, under certain conditions.
Right to Request Anonymization, Blocking, or Deletion of Personal Information.
You may have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to certain conditions and limitations under the law. Once we receive a request, we will delete (to the extent required by law) the Personal Information we retain about you and direct any service providers to do the same. If we determine that an exception applies, we will inform you of the reason for denying the deletion request. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification.
Please understand that if you request us to delete your Personal Information, our subsequent removal of such Personal Information may impact your ability to use our Services, and may prevent your use of or participation in our Services that require your Personal Information.
Right to Revoke Consent.
Where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time with future effect. Depending on where you are located, you may also have the right to request deletion of Personal Information that was processed based on your consent, or the right to know the consequences of revoking your consent. Such a withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the consent withdrawal.
Right to Object to Automated Decision-Making/Profiling.
You may have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Information, under certain conditions, and we can be required to no longer process your Personal Information. Such right to object may apply if we collect and process your Personal Information through automated decision making, such as profiling, to better understand your interests in our products and services or for direct marketing. If you have a right to object and you exercise this right, your Personal Information will no longer be processed by us for such purposes. Such a right to object may, in particular, not exist if the processing of your Personal Information is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract already concluded.
Right to Opt-out of the Sale of Personal Information.
We do not sell your Personal Information in exchange for monetary consideration. If this changes, we will notify you, and you may have the right to restrict such sales.
Right to Opt-out of Sharing of Personal Information for Certain Processing (Profiling/Targeted Advertising).
Consistent with applicable law, you may have the right to opt-out of having your Personal Information shared for purposes of targeted advertising. You may also have the right to request further information about the disclosure of your Personal Information for those third parties' marketing purposes, such as the contact information of those parties, once per calendar year. We do not currently share your Personal Information for such purposes. If this changes, we will notify you, and you may have the right to restrict such sharing.
Right to Opt-Out or Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.
We will only use sensitive or special Personal Information as needed for the purposes for which it was collected to provide the Services or with your consent. If you elect to opt-out, or limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive Personal Information, certain of the Services may not be available to you (e.g. Guests that deny Hosts the ability to verify their identity, may have their Reservations refused).
Right to Non-discrimination for Exercising a Privacy Right.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights. This generally means we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level of service or quality of goods, or suggest that you might receive a different price or level of quality of goods.
Right to Disclosure of Direct Marketers.
You may have a right to the categories and names/addresses of third parties that have received Personal Information for their direct marketing purposes upon simple request, and free of charge, if any.
Exercising your Rights; Verification of Requests.
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. Certain states require that we verify the identity of each person who makes a request to know what Personal Information we have about you or to delete the Personal Information we have about you.
In some regions you may request this information no more than two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to Personal Information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.
All requests must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person whom we collected Personal Information about or an authorized representative of such person. We will respond to your verifiable request within the prescribed timelines. We will only use the information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. Appeals.

Third parties, other than our service providers and vendors, do not have authorization from us to track which websites, or other online services you visit prior to and after visiting our websites. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits residents of California to request from ParkPro a notice disclosing: (1) the categories of Personal Information we have shared with third parties, if any, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, during the preceding calendar year, and (2) the names and addresses of those third parties.
