PARKPRO COMMUNITY STANDARDS
At ParkPro USA, LLC ("ParkPro"), we are dedicated to creating a trusted network where carriers and property Users can connect, collaborate, and benefit from secure, accessible truck parking. Our community standards (“Community Standards”) outline the values and expectations that define our community, ensuring a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all. Our Community Standards apply to all Driver Entities, Carriers, Owners, Hosts, Drivers and Guests (as such terms are defined in our Terms of Service)(collectively, “Users”) accessing or using the PARKPRO™ digital parking reservation platform (the “Platform” or “Digital Parking Reservation Platform”), and all third-party services made available or offered through the Platform.
1. Safety
Your safety is our top priority. We expect all Users to prioritize their own well-being and that of others when using the services made available through or by ParkPro.
- No violence or harassment: Physical or verbal threats, harassment, assault, or any form of violence will not be tolerated.
- No affiliations with criminal organizations: Users associated with dangerous groups, including terrorist or criminal organizations, are not welcome.
- Reckless driving is prohibited: Speeding, erratic driving, or creating hazardous situations within parking areas is strictly forbidden.
- Controlled environments: Animals must be controlled at all times by their owners.
- Situational awareness: All Users should stay alert to truck movements to ensure their safety and the safety of others while using ParkPro properties.
2. Security
ParkPro Users share spaces and rely on mutual trust and respect. We expect all Users to respect each other’s property, privacy, and personal security.
- No theft, vandalism, or damage: Any act of theft, extortion, or property damage will result in immediate removal from the Platform.
- No fraudulent activity: Users must not engage in spam, phishing, identity fraud, or any other activity that threatens the integrity of our community.
- Privacy must be respected: Unauthorized surveillance, hacking, or misuse of security cameras is prohibited. Owners and Hosts must disclose any security cameras in place.
3. Privacy
Respecting the privacy of all Users is essential to fostering trust and confidence in our Platform.
- No unauthorized surveillance: Owners and Hosts must not use security cameras or recording devices in private spaces without proper disclosure.
- No unauthorized account access: Hacking or unauthorized access to another member’s ParkPro account is strictly prohibited.
- Respect for personal space: Drivers and Guests should not interfere with other drivers or property operations beyond their reserved parking area.
4. Fairness
ParkPro is built on fairness and inclusivity, ensuring that all Users are treated with respect and equality.
- No discrimination or hate speech: Harassment, hate speech, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
- Respect for surrounding communities: Users must be mindful of noise, disturbances, and property rules to maintain good relationships with local communities.
5. Authenticity
Honest and transparent interactions are key to building a trusted community.
- No false representations: Misrepresenting identity, credentials, or business affiliations is not allowed.
- Accurate property listings: Owners and Hosts must provide honest and clear descriptions of their parking spaces, amenities, and pricing.
- Compliance with property rules: Drivers and Guests must follow all posted guidelines and rules while using properties made available through the Platform.
6. Combating Human Trafficking
ParkPro is committed to fighting human trafficking and exploitation. Any involvement in these activities is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect or witness human trafficking, report it immediately to law enforcement (911) and notify ParkPro administration.
7. Reliability
Consistency and reliability are critical to maintaining trust and efficiency in the ParkPro community.
- Hosts and Owners must honor reservations: Providing uninhabitable or unavailable parking spaces is unacceptable.
- Drivers and Guests must respect agreements: Arriving on time, following check-in procedures, and paying as agreed are required.
- All Users must communicate responsibly: Timely responses and participation in conflict resolution are expected.
8. Common Courtesy
All Users should uphold basic professionalism and respect in all interactions.
- Keep parking areas clean: Leaving behind trash or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
- No abusive language: Profanity or disrespectful behavior toward other Users, property owners, or ParkPro staff is unacceptable.
- Respectful feedback: We encourage constructive criticism, but negative or aggressive comments towards others will not be tolerated.
Disclaimer
You agree to treat other Users in a courteous and respectful manner, both on and off our Platform. While our Platform facilitates Drivers and Guests connecting with Owners and Hosts, ParkPro is not responsible for the conduct of any Users on or off of the Platform. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other Users, particularly if you communicate off the Platform or in person.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS AND FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PARKPRO DOES NOT VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS USERS, CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS OR OTHERWISE INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS USERS. PARKPRO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF ITS USERS.
Enforcement & Violations
In ParkPro’s sole and absolute discretion, ParkPro may terminate or suspend a member’s access to the Platform at any time, and without notice and for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, as a result of a member’s violation or threatened violation of any of the obligations described above. ParkPro shall have no liability or responsibility to a member or any third party as a result of such termination or suspension.
Reporting Violations
We encourage our Users to report any Users that they believe have violated our Community Standards. If you see something that you think may violate any of our Community Standards, please help us by sending an email to admin@park.pro When you send us an email, please try to provide as much information as possible.
